After test driving and choosing the best car for me the process was quick and easy. I then went in with Pablo V for all the finance paperwork and then had the car delivered by Maylene N. The dealership is extremely well run and everyone who works there is totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. Isaac was awesome, as I expected him to be from my prior experience, and Omar, in finance, was fast, efficient and also highly professional. From top to bottom, this dealership gets an A+ and Isaac gets an A++. After you’ve paid and signed off, you’re still treated as if you were a prospective customer. Amazing place, amazing service! Loyal Gunther customer " NO MORE " Being a loyal Gunther Kia customer, having purchased 3 top of the line Sorentos from the same salesman, I returned to trade in my 2016 Sorento. An edu Being a loyal Gunther Kia customer, having purchased 3 top of the line Sorentos from the same salesman, I returned to trade in my 2016 Sorento. An educated consumer, I am ready to negotiate for the best deal. Past negotiations have included the trade allowance and discounted selling price; always at 0% interest for the life of the loan. As a loyal Gunther customer, though I live less than 1 mile from a different Kia dealer; I take the drive to service my vehicle at Gunther. Ryan in service is outstanding! Having negotiated verbally and via text for a couple of days with a new salesman and his manager, who was my previous salesman; it appeared that we would not come to an agreement. No problem, we would have parted amicably, and I would have returned at a later date and sale. Then, I receive a call from Josh. He introduced himself as the general sales manager. This is the top position in an auto dealership. His tone was annoyed and demanding when he questioned that I had not agreed with the deal I was offered. It was impossible to explain anything to him, as he continuously spoke over me. I couldn’t complete a sentence before he would rudely start talking over me. As I repeatedly asked that he stop talking over me, he would talk over me during my request that he stop talking over me! Aggressive, rude, and condescending is how he behaved while mocking all the work that had been put into negotiating a fair trade allowance and reduced purchase price! Did he expect me to accept the initial trade allowance that was thousands less than what my vehicle is worth wholesale? My vehicle is flawless, with low miles and the best color for resale of that model. It would have gone on the front line of the preowned vehicle department, and been purchased by the 1st customer to look at it! Did he expect that I would pay full MSRP for the purchase? I never have and never will. I finally had to end the call by hanging up, as I could not get a word in to say goodbye! Out of courtesy, I called my salesman and the manager who was my previous salesman, to let them know how poorly I was treated. Josh, your behavior cost Gunther a loyal customer and all the referrals; I love the Kia product and have referred everyone looking for a vehicle to Gunther. I will never return; not even for service! I will be going to Phil Smith just up the road. As for purchasing a new vehicle, I have decided to keep my gorgeous, snow white pearl Sorento. More
