I have never leased a vehicle previously and Josh was very patient with me as he explained the pros, cons and options available. Jonathan was very solicitous that I understand the leasing program and had asked Josh to explain it in more detail. They both spent a good amount of time with me. Jonathan even offered to send out for food for me. I went to another dealer after getting the picture here, where I experienced a much less than positive time. I shocked Jonathan when I returned just before closing, and he diligently stayed with me throughout the whole process, Never did he look at the clock or intimate it was closing time.
