Didn't pay attention to me. I talked with internet manager in order to buy a used Kia trading in my car and he told me to go there and ask for him or Neal and they'll tell me how I talked with internet manager in order to buy a used Kia trading in my car and he told me to go there and ask for him or Neal and they'll tell me how much they'll pay me. I got there and a salesman, Omar, just started asking questions about how much did I pay for my car...was new or old.. etc. I explained to him that I just need to know how much they will pay for my car that way I will know if I can pay off my old car and get the new one. He went to the manager and they kicked me out almost... sending me to carmax. I have money to buy the car but I won't say that to him. The guys was asking how about if we offer you 5000 how about if we offer you 4? I don't understand this...they wanted just people who are easy to sale or just with money in pocket. Bad service...never will go back ever. More

Great Experience I went to Kia for my first car not knowing what to expect. The only thing I thought is that I would be working with a typical pushy salesperson howeve I went to Kia for my first car not knowing what to expect. We told him what we were looking for and what we could afford and he delivered exceptional service and met our needs. I would definitely recommend Gunther Kia.
