Omar was consistent in his follow-up but not pushy. He made the arrangements I needed to test drive the Optimas so I could go in, drive, assess, ask questions and make a decision. One trip to meet Omar, learn about the car and my options; a few follow-up calls; final trip to work the deal and finalize the financial arrangements and then I picked up my new 2015 Optima SX Turbo! After a recent issue with my sunroof, Neil saw me waiting on repairs; he didn't just walk by you as though I was a number, he stopped asked how I was doing and even checked with service to check on the repair.
