I spoke with Carlos several times and had informed him that I was car shopping and gave him my word that before I finalized a deal that I would go visit him to see what he can do for me. I initially went to Kia Hollywood because it is very close to my home and after two different visits and approximately 8 hours I was told by the Finance Manager that he couldn't help me in a very unprofessional way. I informed him that I would go to Gunther Kia and his exact words were "Go". Having worked in a customer service environment for over 24 years, I was shocked that with the economy the way it is that anyone would just turn away business. However, it was the best thing that happened to me because I immediately went to see Carlos and was approved for a 2011 Kia Sorento. However, after playing with the numbers and taking a good look at the Kia Soul + I fell in love with it and instead of driving home a used car I purchased a 2013 with the help of Carlos Olmos Jr. He is by far the best sales person that I have ever had the privilege and pleasure of working with. He was very attentive and detailed. He is a definitely an asset to Gunther Kia, an excellent sales man and I will refer as many people as I can to him. The service department is very slow. Took my car in and made the mistake of waiting. Had a 10:30 appointment and left at 2:00. It takes 20 minutes to change oil, rotate tires and inspect the car.
