A few weeks ago I went to this dealership in desperate need of a new car and intending to purchase a forte koup. I chose to go to gunther kia after looking at the reviews on dealer rater (which after my e need of a new car and intending to purchase a forte koup. I chose to go to gunther kia after looking at the reviews on dealer rater (which after my experience i feel is a false representation)and proximity. I had done all my research and figured whichever salesperson took me as a customer would be lucky, because price depending, they wouldve had a deal. From the moment I walked in, I felt almost unwelcome as I got a mumbled greeting. When I told "Hermiz" I have done my research and wanted the forte koup sx in racing red. He must not have listened to anything I had said because he took me to see an optima in black. After I corrected him and he showed me a black forte when I said red and asked if there where any red ones, he seemed irritated. The whole time I looked at the car I felt like he was still trying to convince me to get the optima pointing out things the optima has that the forte doesnt. I felt uncomfortable and angry because I never mentioned an optima. When I asked him on a leasing price, he gave me a ridiculous number and when I asked to counter offer or speak with the manager he got rude with me and I walked out. I then went to phil smith and they were MORE than nice and accomadating and I was out of there in 2 hours with a great price!!! I will never send any of my family members who love my car or friends there. I have sent numerous people since to phil smith. More

Joshua went out of his way to get me the 2012 Kia Soul at a price that I wanted.
