To date I've had.2 Sorento's and I only switched vehicles because I wanted the upgrades that the SX trim has over an EX V6, but the vehicles themselves have been reliable. The one major mechanical issue I had with the air conditioning was fully warrantied including a rental vehicle during the repair period. The job was done professionally and promptly. I recommend Gunther Kia Service. On any vehicle purchase, I recommend cross-shopping the vehicle, via the internet as much as possible. Expect each time you shop the purchasing process is likely to vary, depending on who is hungry at the time you are in the market. More

Belittled myself and my wife. We bought a car elsewhere My wife and I, (serious and well qualified) spent hours in this dealership considering and test driving a Kia Stinger. The salesman was very nice until the end, when he and the sales manager suddenly went back on there word regarding the lease deal we had just negotiated. And, to make matters MUCH worse, they then got very mean and belittled and insulted us by saying that maybe we should lease a Kia Forte instead ...insinuating that that is all we could afford. I have spent my life in sales, and my wife is in marketing. Neither of us had ever seen anything like this treatment of a customer. Long story short...Within 2 weeks, my wife and I BOTH had new cars from dealerships that treated us like friends. Mazda of North Miami and Subaru of Pembroke Pines. More
