worst experience ever. I BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR IN THIS DEALER 14 YEAR AGO. I LOVED IT. SO I CAME BACK TO GET A 2015 Kia Optima LEASE FOUR YEARS AGO. SIX MONTHS BEFORE MY LEASE I BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR IN THIS DEALER 14 YEAR AGO. I LOVED IT. SO I CAME BACK TO GET A 2015 Kia Optima LEASE FOUR YEARS AGO. SIX MONTHS BEFORE MY LEASE WAS OVER, I STARTED TO GET EMAILS AND CALLS FOR NEW OFFERS. THEY SAID IF I COME BACK FOR A NEW CAR AND LEAVE MY KIA THERE I WILL NOT PAY DISPOSITION FEE. WHICH I DID. THE SALES LADYS NAME WAS JASMIN SMALL. SHE SAID THE DEALER WILL TAKE CARE OF THE FEES. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. TWO MONTHS LATER I GOT A BILL FROM KIA FINANCE THAT MY CREDIT WILL BE VERY IMPACTED BECAUSE I HAD A UNPAID BALANCE . ALMOST 500 DOLLARS OF DISPOSITION FEE. I WENT BACK TO THE LADY, SHE SAID SHE WILL EMAIL THE BANCK AND WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. SHE NEVER DID. I ENDED PAYING FOR SOMETHING I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO. IM NOT THE KIND OF PERSON WHO LIKES TO WRITE REVIEWS, BUT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ROBBED. AVOID THIS DEALER. More
