Friendly and fast, but didn't complete everything We had our 2018 Optima in for its 3rd regular maintenance recently. As with our first two visits, the process was fast and easy with friendly service staff. But a few days after our visit, the tire pressure warning light came on. I figured we had picked up a nail, but when I checked all four tires had only 27 pounds of pressure, when they are supposed to be inflated to 34. Clearly the tech simply didn't check and fill the tires. Not really a big deal, but ... now I'm wondering if any other services were missed. Did they actually rotate the tires? I have no way to know. More

was very pleased with customer service Recent issues with service on my CPO Kia Optima after owning this vehicle for barely six months, on my routine service for an oil change the Mechanic Recent issues with service on my CPO Kia Optima after owning this vehicle for barely six months, on my routine service for an oil change the Mechanic informs the service representative that the engine is filled with sludge and needs to be replaced with a new engine and the Kia Motors corp was not going to honor the warranty stating faulty maintenance on part of the owner, The service manager and the Manager of Kia motors worked it out and agreed that they would take care of all the issues at their cost, I am very PLEASED with the outcome of this issue and with the customer service i received from Gunther Motors.
