Comfortable waiting area I was impressed when I pulled up somebody came out right away to greet me. I had an appointment at 3. I went inside and Joe help me. Joe said it would take about an hour it took about an hour and 15 minutes. One thing I was disappointed about was I emphasize to Joe I did not want them to touch my windshield washer fluid. The reason is cuz I put Rain-X in there and they would dilute it at that time it was almost empty. Well the service department filled it with water so now I have to wait for all to drain out before I can add my new fluid. Also I wish they took later appointments I had to miss a lot of work to go to a 3 appointment when I was with Toyota they had five p.m. appointments. Other than those two things everything went well they wash the car and like I said the waiting area is very clean very comfortable More

Ryan has been really great the last two times I have needed service. I believe their prices are fair and competitive. The environment of the service area is the best I have ever experienced. Little details like the snacks and special coffee is great if you decide to wait. When I bought my car at Gunther the sales person was very honest and didn't try to oversell me. That was when I was hooked. The service department demonstrates the same level of integrity. They never perform service that isn't needed or try to sell up. Thanks so much. More
