He was knowledgeable about the product, not pushy and just a very nice guy. The car was like new. The transaction was completed quickly and with no hiccups. Gunther Kia was so wonderful to deal with; NO PRESSURE, very accom I went to 4 different Kia dealerships and other car places that were selling Kias. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do in life, but I would definitely recommend this dealership and will lease/buy from them again, even though they are 40 minutes from my home; its worth the drive!!! My experience was not good When I bought my car the manager told me that I could give up or change the car in 30 days If I don't like it. Two days after, I called and text to sailor asking to him about it, because I was thinking buy another big car, and he told me that was not possible return my car. First he told that I have just 3 days to do this, and when I said that I was in these 3 days yet, he said that it was not possible. Then, I stayed with the same car and I didn't like this behavior. I have a friend who was with me in this day when I bought my car. They should be keep what they promised to me, but unfortunately they didn't and this made me upset and because that, I don't recommend this dearlership. I have all messages by sailor and me in my cellphone. More
