Incredible follow up and customer care and concern I had an intermittent issue with my 2018 KIA Soul concerning the DCT transmission. The service manager John Adams was awesome to deal with, and under I had an intermittent issue with my 2018 KIA Soul concerning the DCT transmission. The service manager John Adams was awesome to deal with, and understood my concerns. He followed up with KIA Tech Line Support, and I believe the problem is now solved. Mr. Adams has the technical background in the automotive field to truly understand customer concerns, and most importantly not blow off my concerns as "Trivial."
