Great Service with an Appointment I received great service for my KIA NIRO Hybrid. I made an appointment and then sent me an email to add it to my calendar. I was able to get the time I received great service for my KIA NIRO Hybrid. I made an appointment and then sent me an email to add it to my calendar. I was able to get the time I wanted on a Saturday, but I did have to schedule the following Saturday as the one 4 days out was already full at the time I tried to make it. They sent a reminder. I arrived right on time, they took me right in and my wait was about one hour and fifteen minutes. The lounge was nice, with a coffee machine and WiFi as well as a 4K TV to watch. The time passed quickly. My service Advisor was Joe Heredia, who did a great job! More
