By far, the best car buying experience I've ever had My experience with Gunther Kia was top notch. Mitchell Trotman was the salesperson who took care of us. My wife was looking at a variety of cars and Mitchell was very patient and explained everything about the 2 Kias we were looking at. We told him that we were also considering a Mazda CX-5 and since Gunther has a Mazda dealership next door, we were able to compare the Kia and Mazda side by side. Mitchell gave us a good "out the door" price including fees and taxes. We told him that we'd come back the next day to test drive and make a decision. Here's the crazy part. He said "ok, I'll see you tomorrow". No pressure, no games, no BS. Just a straight-up guy. He even let us walk with the paper that had the price on it. I have bought a few cars in my day and I have never experienced that. Typically, the dealership won't let you walk out the door with any paperwork that has a negotiated price. This made a huge decision that much easier. Most car dealerships and salespeople are famous for saying "what do I have to do to get you in this car today?". Mitchell was relaxed, didn't pressure us, and patiently answered all of our questions about 3 different vehicles before we made our decision. Once we made the decision, there were no numbers games like 4-square, or asking what we wanted to pay monthly. Just a straight-up out the door price with taxes and fees, so no surprises once we got to the finance office. Pablo in the finance office was the same way. No pressure to purchase options like gap insurance or extra protections or maintenance plans. He did tell us about all the different options and plans, but when we declined, that was it. no pressure to add unnecessary stuff. I would strongly recommend Gunther Kia (especially Mitchell) to anyone looking for a new vehicle. As an added bonus - we purchased upgraded rims and had to take the car to the service department to have them installed. I dealt with Bill Garcia who was friendly and professional and took very good care of the car and the customer. More
