Very Disappointed and Upset Worst experience!!!!!!!! We arrived ready to make a deal and buy a car. We had already seen the car online and wanted to view in person. So not a lot Worst experience!!!!!!!! We arrived ready to make a deal and buy a car. We had already seen the car online and wanted to view in person. So not a lot of work or sales involved for the dealership... we already new what we wanted. Brought in a trade-in too. The trade-in came back $1000 less then the offer we got at Carmax. We negotiated and finally came to an agreement on price out the door!!!!! We had trade-in ready with clear title ready to go, it was a cash purchase no need for approvals or tons of paperwork..... then after 1.5 hours waiting salesman comes back with fees here taxes there and tons of other things!!!!!!!! The deal was already verbally stated that it was going to be trade-in with X AMOUNT out the door!!!!! And now it's not????? What a rip off! It's BS! WHAT A WASTE OF 3.5 hours sitting there!!!!! Ended up walking out! Worst experience ever! Ps. Not going to mention my salesman name bc I don’t believe it was his fault. I did not meet the Managment bc they hide behind closed doors and make their salesman give bad news... so I’m marking all of them since I’m not sure who! I blame Managment! More

When he quoted numbers and offers, everything was spelled out and verified upon actual visit to Gunther Kia's showroom. His attitude was can-do, and, more importantly, he produced results. If you think this way of doing business is the norm, especially in South Florida, think again. Despite repeated attempts at communication with various individuals at Coral Springs Kia and Rick Case Kia, Gunther's Trevor Tolchin was the ONLY person who backed up his words with actions. It was much appreciated not to be passed back and forth between salesperson and management in a sort of ping-pong game that led to frustration and yielded nothing. I'm also glad I was her first customer that she just sold a car to so congratulations to her as well. I really love my new car. It has everything that I wanted.
