No appointment, no problem. Although I usually schedule an appointment, I found time on a Saturday afternoon and came in for oil change. I knew service would take a while, but I was able to get some paperwork done at the work kiosks (LOVE this option! I can charge my iPad and work privately!) I was told 2 hrs and it took 2 hrs.
