Service Center was great but....the Body shop is awful. I brought my 2016 Kia Sedona in for to the body shop for a new door. The estimate was given two weeks in advance of my drop off appointment thinking I brought my 2016 Kia Sedona in for to the body shop for a new door. The estimate was given two weeks in advance of my drop off appointment thinking this would give them plenty of time to get the door. Estimated time of repair one week. I was promised the car everyday for another week. I went to pick up 2 weeks after the drop off and the paint job is unacceptable (orange peel look) and the wrong trim was on the car. The service department did a great job with the things I needed done and was quick about getting t it done . I would definitely use the service department again , but once they fix the paint and trim ( that I now have to go back for) I would not use the collision center again More

Coming back again for the 4th time So I cannot complain how I was taken care of because they are amazing at customer service. Because the same solution which is not a solution is being applied to "fix" the issue. The bracket or sensor is broken....why can you not repair it? Why is a bandaid being put over it.
