I had an issue with the finalizing of the bill, since I was only shown a piece of paper with handwritten figures, and when I asked for a printout of the invoice, I wasn't given one. Two days later, after emailing and texting Jasmin that I needed an invoice (even the idea is absurd asking for it), I went back to see her. Her demeanor was noticeably cooler, but I received the invoice. I then showed her the sticker price that was on the car window, and she insisted that there was a piece of it missing. I could only show her what the salesperson from Mazda had given me. She then disappeared and after a while came back with the missing piece, which had a different price. I wasn't totally satisfied with her explanation of the final cost, but let it go, since apparently she was in a rush to see another customer. I just find it a little strange that after the deal is done and you come back to clarify something, you have the feeling that you are not important anymore and just wasting their time.. Anyway, I got my Mazda and I am happy with the car. More
