Great experience- always a pleasure You make an appointment. Somebody comes Almar st immediately. Takes your car. 2 hours later all done. Car service after having broken down on side of the road I love Kia. This is my third Kia Soul. I bought my current car at a different Kia dealership and soon realized that their idea of customer service was I love Kia. This is my third Kia Soul. I bought my current car at a different Kia dealership and soon realized that their idea of customer service was letting you sign in on a piece of paper and then sitting down to wait to be called just to be asked what you were there for; that is not customer service. Even though I was given two years free maintenance at that dealership, I no longer wanted to go there. I went BACK to Gunther Kia because I know they KNOW what customer service is all about. I have worked with Joe Heredia in the past. He is a great customer service rep. He makes sure to let his customers know everything about what is going on with their car. He's a great guy! Gunther Kia is a great place for maintenance and service and customer service. More

Squirt Bought 2018 new Kia Sorento from Gunther. Took in for first oil change and mentioned that the device that squirts fluid on the rear windshield had qu Bought 2018 new Kia Sorento from Gunther. Took in for first oil change and mentioned that the device that squirts fluid on the rear windshield had quit working. They said the hose supplying the fluid was rotten and they replaced it (rotten hose in brand new vehicle?). A week or so later I noticed dampness in the rear cargo area and thought something had leaked from a container in that area. Did not find any leaky container. Another week or so went buy and I used the squinter on the way home from work and found quite a bit of liquid in rear cargo area. Returned to Kia (and had to take 3 hours off from work without pay). They said something about the brackets that held the hose were not installed correctly. Kind of scary that the hose was "rotten" to begin with ... Kind of loosing faith in Gunther service that it looks like they did not install the new hose correctly. On the plus side ... The gentleman who wrote up my service ticket was very nice and helpful and spent quite a while a while thoroughly answering questions about how some different features worked on my vehicle (I don't know what his name was). More
