Marzio, after receiving your review, we took the liberty of looking into your visit to get a better understanding of your experience with us. Our records show that you arrived at 9:12 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. We projected the completion time of your service to be 11:00 AM. This completion time was met; however, other services were recommended to you (which you approved) included power steering exchange, engine filter, and HVAC. We can confirm that these additional services added more time to your visit as well as there was a layover between the exchanging of technicians. This can explain why you saw your vehicle move to several times working stations. By 12:58 PM your service visit was completed. We greatly appreciate the time you dedicated at our dealership and thank you for your patience. Tiesha, I appreciate your feedback. When we inspected and serviced the vehicle it was in excellent working condition and all necessary repairs were made. Unfortunately, one thing in life is certain, cars will need repairs. This is exactly why Kia offers one of the best warranties in the automotive industry and your transmission replacement is completely covered under warranty. When issues such as this arise, I don't believe it is fair to blame anyone; things are going to happen and we will always do everything in our power to correct them.
