When I got there, I p Second service visit to Gunther Kia was as good as the last one - from start to finish. Making the appointment is fast and easy. When I got there, I pulled into the designated area (large, clean and neat) and was greeted by someone in less than a minute. She quickly took my info and car keys and invited me to wait inside, also reminding me that there was a shuttle van available providing free rides to and from local destinations. I chose to remain in the waiting area, because it's a totally pleasant environment. There are comfy sofas and armchairs, a large screen TV, extension cord outlets all around for your cell phone or laptop, newspapers, magazines, coffee, free bottles of water and a huge basket of every snack item imaginable. I brought my laptop and spent part of my time in an armchair on my phone and then moved to one of the "privacy stations" (individual laptop desks with short privacy walls and an outlet if you want to keep it charged). My car was ready exactly within the time frame I was told, the service representative told me exactly what was done verbally and with a paper display and two minutes later I headed out in my well-serviced and freshly washed car. This place is AWESOME! More

He had taken his car to another Kia dealership’s service center multiple times and their mechanics were never able to find or fix the problem with his a/c. It took your mechanic a couple of hours and we once again have ice cold a/c which as you know is priceless in South Florida. Thank you, we will never go anywhere else again! More
