In fact, the leasing process went so smoothly that I postponed doing my review because I was waiting on the other shoe to drop or something to go wrong. Not only did that never happen but I also got a nice prepaid visa in the mail recently which put a HUGE smile on my face. I went into the process of switching from Honda to Kia -after being with Honda for 14 years- completely terrified of getting screwed over. Trevor was the best person I could have ended up with. He was completely upfront about everything, did not hide the ball, and was so confident he could get me exactly what I wanted for the best deal. He made it very easy to trust him and just follow his lead and was very considerate in getting the process done quickly. He is very personable and great at attacking several tasks at once so you aren't twiddling your thumbs for hours on end. I was astounded at his professionalism and persistence - especially since I gave him the run around for months before finally going in. Every single time I get in my car I am so grateful for the service he provided and for helping get me in my first SUV and the best mom car out there (Kia Sorrento)! More

I dropped my vehicle off Saturday at 8:15 and it was ready for p/u at 9:30! The only issue was that part of my service included a car wash but it was not washed when it came out. This was the third time that this has happened. Obviously this was NOT Joes fault and he immediately had the car brought back in while I waited to have the car washed. Not a big deal but the coupon book says that a car wash is included...so it should be performed More
