had an appointment and my car was taken in immediately. I brought my car in for service and the service guys are always good. My car hesitates on acceleration and being the internet nut I am, this is a I brought my car in for service and the service guys are always good. My car hesitates on acceleration and being the internet nut I am, this is a common problem on a 2016 optima. the check Engine light comes on combined with a lack of power or stumble on acceleration. This may be caused by the throttle position switch (TPS) Kia released an improved part which should correct this concern. I asked the advisor to please put this in notes which he would not do. so, this issue did not get checked that I am aware of and the hesitation still happens. He said to take the car off ECO to correct the problem. I use ECO for the best mileage results as my car is a hybrid. what do I do now? another issue...I recently had a bumper bender. When checked during service I was told I needed a new radiator for about $500, of course nothing about the hesitation I brought up. When I went to Gunther's body shop they said because of the bracing I wouldn't need a radiator and there was no apparent damage. I have no leaks or any other indicators saying there's a problem. The bump being in the front was a minor puncture tear. More

Customer care and satisfaction is what pays the bills for the dealership and allows it to stay in business. Bill gets it. There are great people that work at this dealership. Some folks just need more seasoning in the consumer environment and really need to understand how important customer service is to their future in this industry and these strange times we live in.
