I was left with questions brought my Kia 2017 Soul in for regular service. Ryan has always been VERY helpful. I question the diagnosis regarding the two front tires. The vehic brought my Kia 2017 Soul in for regular service. Ryan has always been VERY helpful. I question the diagnosis regarding the two front tires. The vehicle has 5900 miles and I was told that both front tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced but, the rear tires were fine. I was involved in a front end accident about 1 year ago. I also had a scheduled service in August, I believe. The vehicle has had no incidents that might affect the alignment. However, this is what I was told that was probably the cause. I was also told that perhaps the insurance company could be contacted to reopen the claim. If, in fact this tire damage is the result from the alignment not being proper at the time the vehicle was returned to me as "fixed" in the spring of last year, then I have an issue with having to pay $400. plus, for 2 new tires and an alignment.. Service questionable Took my car for a service recall on an airbag wiring, after 30 minutes the said car is fixed, when I got home the air bag light came on, so I open the Took my car for a service recall on an airbag wiring, after 30 minutes the said car is fixed, when I got home the air bag light came on, so I open the hood to check if any work was performed, but to my surprised they did not even open the hood because my engine bay was dusted without any finger prints or any indication of work, I also checked the interior of the car for indications of work performed but there weren't any indications of work, all they did was to connect the scanner to erase the code, giving them the benefit of the doubt and taking my car back for a real recall repair. More

These guys are amazing! I went in for a routine oil change and rotation and not only was it done fast and correctly, but they also discovered my trunk latch wasn't working an I went in for a routine oil change and rotation and not only was it done fast and correctly, but they also discovered my trunk latch wasn't working and fixed it free of charge!
