Got riped off! I have been dealing with Gunther service department since I bouth my KIA Solar about Jan 2014 always felt I was appricited and always felt it was ver I have been dealing with Gunther service department since I bouth my KIA Solar about Jan 2014 always felt I was appricited and always felt it was very fear and hoest establishment. On 01/22/2019 I went to Gunther to get my service that I get every 4000 miles. When I got there I was met by young men that informed me to go inside and talk to one of the two representative I approached Mr Kenneth Lopez he ask me if I could hold on he was sill tied up but will be with me in a moment. When Mr Lopez finished his stuff he asked me what can he do for me I told him that I have made an appointment to do my service and I presented him with my Gunther KIA coupon he informed my right away that this will be my last service with this promotion I told him that I was aware of it, that he said that it will be around 2,.5 hrs to do this service I agreed to it. After about 2 hrs into the service Mr Lopez informed me that is a issue and he asked me if I wanted to get it fixed and it would be about $250 and it will take 1 hr do finish this maintenance issue. About 335pm Mr Lopez comes over to me still no details exploration that it's $325. After 3 plus hrs being there I was in rush so didn't look over the bill because I have build a trust and felt I would not getting riped off I paid an run off to my afternoon appointment . When I got home I got sick to my stomach when I saw that the part FLEXIBLE COUPLING was $2.02 $325 service and not sure what is $25 CUSTOMER PAY ITEMS FOR REPAIR ORDER, never explain what this charge is. If this was honest business Mr. Lopen shuld have to me and explain that the cost of the part was minimal but the service is a lot more expensive and let me made the dessision about my money instead made it for me. I hope this reflects on Mr Lopez preformence in customer service orientation and hope he gets rewarded $$$$. It's unfortunate that afrer building strong and host relationship with Gunther I have experience this situation that will make me choose other business for this service. I also like to add that every other time after service the car got washed and the rep walked me out to my car and thank me for the visit to Gunther did not happen this time. NO CAR WASH and Mr.Lopez walked me to my car but no thank you see you soon or anything to appricite my business. Very Unsatisfied customer. Arek Rubik. More

Emergency Visit My battery was dead. As is was under guarantee i visited the dealer without appointment, I obviously had to wait a lot of time since I just showed up, My battery was dead.
