Great customer service from my service advisor Gary Levine. Also, I need to apologize to service advisors Bill Garcia,Ryan Stultz and manager John Adams. I was rude to them a week prior to this last service. I had regular maintenance done to my car and part of that was ac system cleaning. After that the AC in the car stopped blowing cold, so I assumed it had to do with the service that was performed. It turned out to be a coincidence that the AC compressor gave in at about the same time. When I returned the car for repair, I asked for the AC to be repaired free of charge. They performed a diagnosis check on the AC and discovered the compressor needed to be replaced. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis,I believe $ 135 , and also the manager offered me a very good discount to replace the compressor. Unfortunately, I let my frustration of that day to get the better of me and I refused the service and discount and asked for my car back and as I did that I was rude to the manager and service advisors. I apologize for that,I have always received great customer service at Gunther Kia, every time, no matter who was my service advisor. That is the reason I never ask to be served by any particular advisor because I know that all of them are good. Also, I have to mention the quality of the work done by your mechanics.. Never had an issue, after any service. The reason my car is in great shape at almost 70000 miles is because I have it maintained at Gunther Kia. Thank you ! More

The only consistent downside, and it is true at most dealerships, is that they feature a free car wash after service but it's never a good wash, and occasionally the car actually looks worse afterward. Like the first time, arriving was simple and quick, the waiting room is very pleas This was my 2nd time going for routine maintenance at Gunther KIA. Like the first time, arriving was simple and quick, the waiting room is very pleasant with free snacks and drinks, TVs, newspapers, magazines. There were A LOT of people there and I waited almost two hours with my 7 year old. You can't be in a hurry when coming here. My only wish is I wish they vacuumed the inside of the car. More
