Like the first time, arriving was simple and quick, the waiting room is very pleasant with free snacks and drinks, TVs, newspapers, magazines. There were A LOT of people there and I waited almost two hours with my 7 year old. You can't be in a hurry when coming here. My only wish is I wish they vacuumed the inside of the car. More

Ryan, my Service Representative, is the best. He takes great care of me and I really appreciate his attentiveness. He definitely deserves to be recognized every time I complete one of these surveys. My only issue on this last service visit was that the parts were the wrong parts. I was supposed to have the roof moldings replaced on my Stinger and when they took it into the shop they realized that there were two moldings for the same side of the car, instead of one for each side. Not a huge deal other than the fact that I now have to come back from Key Largo (200 miles round trip) to have the other molding installed when it comes in. I feel that this is a simple thing that could have been avoided if someone had looked more closely at the moldings when they arrived and before calling me to come up. More

Great service, communication, and overall experience. I brought my car in due to recalls on it. I was going out if town for 10 days. The service man, Ryan kept in contact with me before, during and after I brought my car in due to recalls on it. I was going out if town for 10 days.
