not what I expected Made an appointment to take my car in for routine oil change and maintenance. I also requested that they correct the tent on the back rear glass which Made an appointment to take my car in for routine oil change and maintenance. I also requested that they correct the tent on the back rear glass which was installed at the dealer at the time of purchase to be corrected as the tent was peeling off they stated that they would take care of it however after the maintenance the car was returned to me and they stated they could not do it at that time and I would have to return after having made an appointment for this so I was a bit disappointed that something minor like this cannot be taken care of on this visit. and it seems that I am getting the runaround More

transmission not shifting properly This was 1st service for my car. My complaint was transmission not shifting properly, sometimes sticking in 1st gear, forcing me to shut off car and This was 1st service for my car. My complaint was transmission not shifting properly, sometimes sticking in 1st gear, forcing me to shut off car and restart to remedy situation. This was hazardous in many driving in many situations. 2nd complaint was radio stations had static especially public radio station 91.3. My car is still not shifting gears properly. My ave. MPG was 25.2 before problem now down to 23.2. Car does not have original peppy pick up. Still have static on radio stations. I will be out of town for the next 3 weeks, but will bring in car for service second week in June. Hopefully, I will have a more positive experience this time around. More

i was ripped off Dealer hid damage on a no accident Carfax vehicle. No response from email or voice mail. Charged me $900 dealer fee, $300 filing fee. After detailing the car I found a poorly repaired door, Carfax shows no accidents. Dealer hid repair with thick coat of wax, which fooled me. I paid top dollar, and no response from Gunther. More
