Very confusing situation First, I love my Mazdas and generally have had a good experience with the dealership and the service department. However, I made a Saturday service appointment for a specific problem and then showed up on Saturday to be told that the people who work on that problem don't work on Saturdays - come back during the week. It wasn't that big a deal, but why was my time wasted? Why wasn't that addressed when I made the appointment? Then, I brought the car in for a rear sensor problem. I believe it was an unresolved issue from work performed by the dealership's body shop which had done work on the rear of my car after I was rear-ended about a year ago. So now, with no sign of damage, I was told that I sustained new collision damage that crushed 4 sensors and a wiring harness in the rear bumper (side to rear). Perhaps this is true (I doubt it) but there was no real effort made to show me the repair records from the body shop (were the sensors examined at that time? where they replaced?) I feel a loss of trust and perhaps ripped-off. More

I cannot find the words to express how professionally and cordially I was attended by Julian Rama, dealer staff. I was a little tight on budget for both cars, and Julian was only worried in trying to help me with my needs and figure what was best for me (even if that meant loosing his opportunity to sell a car). The deal just flowed naturally, not only did he help me with the final price but also with the financing. On top of all that he made me feel at home while I was there with my wife and two kids. Julian’s honesty, helpfulness and cordiality is all any buyer would like to get from the ideal salesman, his attitude of help customer with his needs first, just makes deals happen.
