Ramona, your review does not accurately depict the service and care that you experienced at our dealer. At the time your vehicle had arrived for a recall, your service advisor had noticed the level of oil sludge found and informed you that you were in GREAT need of an oil change. Your vehicle was reported at 114,542miles and no oil change was recorded for 27,318 miles. Understand that oil sludge can be a major contributor to internal combustion engine problems, and can require the engine to be replaced if the damage is severe. It's unfortunate to receive such negative remarks for merely saving your engine before it caused you further, more permanent damages

JLAMGMT, it is unfortunate that your recent service visit hasn't gone as you had hoped but we can ensure you that your vehicle's Bluetooth System has been checked inside and out. Our service technicians and advisers have worked with you to pair your phone with the system and we have found that everything is operating normally. As far as your seat, the seat adjustment in your vehicle is operated with a lever and has also been found to be working just fine. If you would like, we can extend a training with Larry Whittenstein, who can show you all the features within your Mazda as well as explain and demonstrate how they operate. These trainings are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. To schedule an appointment, please call 786-797-1600.
