Easiest car transaction I've ever experienced My wife was driving a 2001 Acurq with 204k miles it had seen better days. We were hoping to use next years tax refund toward the purchase of a new car. I suggested we stop at Gunther Mazda just to look at them to get an idea of what we wanted. We were cordially greeted by Jim Collins who asked if were looking to get into a car that very day. We politely told him we weren't prepared to make a move as we were short on funds for the down payment. He talked to us a bit and explained that as long as our credit scores were good we'd be able to use the Acura as a trade and a few hundred dollars and we could go home in a new car. We were looking for a CX-5 Touring model in a Machine Grey however they had just sold the last one (we watched it leave the lot) but Jim said not to worry that we would not be disappointed. We were elated when we got the top of the line Grand Touring model for about $10 more per month than we had been told we would pay for the lesser model. I'm used to having pack a lunch and bring a book when buying a car because the process is so cumbersome and time consuming we were out in just over 2 hrs. I highly recommend Gunther Mazda and suggest you ask for Jim Collins f you want a painless experience. His 34 years at the dealership make getting the job done a snap. More

Called her on a Saturday requesting information on pricing for the Mazda CX 5, she was on top of everything and followed up wit Jodi was very helpful. Called her on a Saturday requesting information on pricing for the Mazda CX 5, she was on top of everything and followed up with me within the hour. I advised her I was interested in the car all blacked out and would pass by the following day to test drive. Next day I showed up at 12:30 and she had the car detailed and ready for me. LOVED IT!
