No paperwork !!! I spoke to the adviser about getting hard copy of my paperwork because I never received it at the dealership.. I was told it would go in the mail the I spoke to the adviser about getting hard copy of my paperwork because I never received it at the dealership.. I was told it would go in the mail the following day. Still have not received it. I called again and was told he no longer works there. I really don"t care that he doesn"t work there. The next person I spoke to in service said it would go out the next day and that she was new. She said she only has been there 3 months. To me 3 months is not new. It"s 2 weeks now and still no paperwork. This dealership is horrible and I will never go back. Shame on volkswagen!!! More

A couple suggestions 1) Allow for online-payment and check out - this would save time - no need to stop by at the cashier 2) Waiting /work room is MUCH too cold ... I was freezing in there - but needed to work 3) compared to other dealerships the food selection is poor - no problem if you don't have to wait long...but some type of sandwich (healthy quick bite) would be most certainly much appreciated by your customers. (I did not want to order a pizza delivery service). Overall though a very pleasant experience. Frank Dreier More
