Alessandro, my service Manager was able to accommodate me without a problem. He was right on the money setting up my expectations and told me around what time the car would be ready to be picked up. I was home around the time he told me and as I lifted the phone to call him, he was calling me to let me know the car was ready. I took an Uber ride with a novice driver who got lost on the way (but that’s another review lol) and I thought I was going to be at the dealership after they were closed. He told me, no problem, they would wait for me. So all around great customer service and they deserve a 5 star rating. More
