Best car leasing experience ever. I’ve been leasing cars for years and this was the first genuinely pleasant experience doing so. We were on our way to a different dealership for a “deal” they were offering and decided to stop by Gunther first. We were greeted in a very friendly and none pushy way by Karina. We had already been trying to get to a certain price for days now so we went straight to business and talked numbers with her. She was extremely understanding and fast while still being courteous and warm with us. She then came with two managers to keep talking numbers which is the common procedure at all dealers but they were also very pleasant and not pushy at all. They gave me the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted without nickel and diming me about rubber mats like the last dealer was. We came to a great number and they generally looked happy to have my business. Karina is the sweetest car sales person I’ve ever dealt with. She even let me know that I could get a cheaper insurance with VW’s new requirements, she also called me days after to ask if I had already asked my insurance company about the new lower rate. This was a remarkable experience and I am a very satisfied customer. More
