Still waiting for my Service History email Service guy was ok I guess. He is doing his job. Worst lease ever. My Tiguan has had battery problems twice in 4 years. Air pressure problems always and when I go for service they just re-set the computer but as soon as I hit the road the air pressure comes up. I was told my tires are worn out but I am under 12000 miles so that doesnt make sense. I dont drive this car only from home to work. I have so many questions and the sevice guy didnt have answers for me. My entire family and I Have been leasing w/Gunther VW for over 15 yrs. But this is the last time. Also asked the cashier for a history of all my services because I am gonna make a formal complaint w/ VW of America and she promised she will email it to me in 2 days because it was the weekend and it was too busy. I said no problem but please dont forget. Well she forgot. I called a week later to ask again for my revords and the operator couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me. Someone was going to calk me back and I'm still waiting for a call. Worst experience since the beginning of my lease. More
