My car was there a day and was misdiagnosed. I took my car to Gunther, it was there for an entire day. It was misdiagnosed. I ended up taking it somewhere else to get it fixed. I went back to Gunther to discuss it with a service manager, Joe Harley who was extremely rude. During our conversation, Rob Milton walked in and told Joe what I had been told. He refused to entertain the idea that they did anything wrong, stating while using his fingers as quotation marks, that I had taken my daughter’s car to a “shade tree” mechanic. He was rude and obnoxious. For this reason, I will never do business with Gunther Volkswagen again! More
