One word! “Awesome”! I had my sights on a 2019 Tiguan but I wanted an R Line in a specific color with certain features. Gunther made it happen. Be prepared to wait. I brought in our Atlas to be serviced for the second time due to the initial recall not correcting/bringing up a new problem. I was told that the s I brought in our Atlas to be serviced for the second time due to the initial recall not correcting/bringing up a new problem. I was told that the service advisor started at seven and he would like me to drop off the car at that time. I told him that I would be by about 830 and subsequently showed up about 815. As I arrived at the dealership and pulled into the arrival lane, the first gentleman I spoke with advised me that I did not have an a scheduled appointment. After about 10 minutes of research, Alex showed up and said that I hadn't been on the schedule due to a recall. After taking care of the paperwork, we had finished at about 830 when he escorted me to the rental car office. We were due a rental car since it looked like this repair would take at least all of Saturday and there was no service on Sunday so subsequently the rental car would be returned on Monday. Unfortunately on Saturday the rental car agency does not open till 9 AM. This seems like something that the service people should be aware of. Additionally, even though we had brought in an Atlas (a large vehicle) we were only scheduled for a standard car. After a few calls and Alex's approval we did get a small SUV. Only real complaint was that on initial arrival we had not been scheduled an appointment and a 30 minute wait for the rental car agency to open. I'm just glad I didn't show up at 7 AM as initially directed! More

To sabotage their experience as well as vehicles and then to tell them it's the customers fault. Vehicle has been in at least 3 tonnes each time something different. 3 days consecutively. Hsve referred people gotten several vehicles for family. You lost not only our business but everyone I will tell. Just awful. Not sure if Mr Ginther is the same person I charge or maybe it's someone else but the service is now awful and I guess you guys are short of money or your commission changed for service advisors and mechanics. I am also putting this on Yelp and any review site. I mean to then charge me 600 and my car is worse than when I brought it and not repair this when it was under service maint. It's awful. More
