BUT I have to say I was (pleasantly) shocked to learn that my fears were in vain! Aleksandr Ososvskiy was our technician. He listened, understood and assured us that our vehicle's troubles would be looked into and all options considered for the repairs. I didn't feel like the typical hustle was going on. We were called regularly for updates and honestly advised on all findings and available solutions. Aleks is a rarity in this business and we will be coming back and asking for him specifically! More
