Always helpful and understanding plus they have never try to push unnecessary service for any of my vehicles. I started with JEREMY as my service writer who then transferred to another department. Who gave me outstanding service for many years. Then I am with now Jimmy who has been terrific and superior in giving me and my family unprecedented service. He’s upfront and honest in giving input on your service needs. There is one more person that I might add is Joe the manager of the department he’s on hands type of manager. Always on the drive making sure that your needs are met by his staff. All in all you have a outstanding staff working at GUNTHER VW! Keep it up! More
