Nearly 4 hr wait for service and unprofessional staff I came in for an 8:30am appointment for a 10k service, I was asked if I would like them to perform an open recall on the vehicle which I accepted. I w I came in for an 8:30am appointment for a 10k service, I was asked if I would like them to perform an open recall on the vehicle which I accepted. I was told it would take 45mins to an hour wait. After 2 hours with no update i seeked out the service writer, Manny to ask for the status of my vehicle and was told they are working on it. After another hour had passed I went and spoke to Joe, the service manager and asked him about my vehicle , he was very helpful and told me it would be right out. Manny approached me after to tell me I should never have approached his boss which I found to be very unproseffional. I did not receive my vehicle until 12pm. I will be very reluctant to bring my vehicle back to this dealership in the future. More
