He received me immediately upo Alex Osovskiy contacted me after I made an appointment for 10k Miles service on line to confirm it last Nov.6th, 2018.. He received me immediately upon my arrival and kept me updated frequently regarding the service progress. A non-programmed issue appeared with a lug nut that required a new wheel bearing; I was properly informed, the replaced nut was shown to me. The service was done to my full satisfaction. I was advised that the wheel bearing could take like 4 more hours until ready. At the end it was only 1.5 hr more then regular service, because of the prompt intervention of Alex when he was informed. I stayed like 3 hours in the waiting room where I could work in a clean and nice ambient. I was offered something to drink. Alex even offered a transport to wherever I needed, because I would have to wait longer than expected to complete the additional work involved.
