I bought a used 2014 Lincoln MKZ from this so called dealership, they bandaid their used cars so they can make it off the lot, less than a week i took my car in for low tire come to find out someone tri dealership, they bandaid their used cars so they can make it off the lot, less than a week i took my car in for low tire come to find out someone tried fixing the cracked rim with a rubber patch, to make things worse the tires had huge bubbles on the inside had to be replaced. One week into this car i am out over $1400 tried to get ahold of the salesman out on medical. Fast forward to late May tried turning my AC on for the first time and yes does not work. Finally got ahold of the salesman and explained the issues i was having he said he would talk with his manager about it and heard nothing from him. It took well over 6 weeks and 2 trips to the dealership to get my car in to get the AC fixed!!!!! To top all this off they want me to pay $100 deductible on my extended warranty on an AC unit that did not work when the car was purchased, i never tried it when i bought the car in January that was my mistake. Long story short do not buy a used car from this dealership they dont care about service after the sale!!!!! Never have i been treated with such disrespect by not taking care of a few issues!!!!! Once again avoid this place!!!! More
