From the first time I had service done at your dealership, I knew this was going to be a costly relationship. Your prices are absolutely ridiculous! Just because you CAN overcharge someone, doesn' dealership, I knew this was going to be a costly relationship. Your prices are absolutely ridiculous! Just because you CAN overcharge someone, doesn't mean you SHOULD. I have NEVER once paid what was actually quoted to me, there's always hundreds of dollars of extra fees that were "accidentally" not factored in (latest quote was $612, actual cost at the register was $832; to replace a part that sells online for between $50-$100). Last year I was quoted $1200 for an issue with my door, a mechanic friend of mine fixed it in <30 minutes for $50. This is just one of several laughable quotes I've been given over the past few years -- no amount of friendly customer service can gloss over such lack of integrity and decency. If there's one lesson you have taught me, however, it is to never buy a VW again. I will be trading mine in ASAP. More
