This was my first time buying a vehicle. Went to pick it up from being detailed and what was promised was not delivered not to mention it was covered in bird poo. After speaking with the manager we were rea up from being detailed and what was promised was not delivered not to mention it was covered in bird poo. After speaking with the manager we were reassured that it would be taken care of. Went to pick up our vehicle the second time around and it was good to go. I love my VW Atlas and I’m glad it was taken care of because I was really considering trading the vehicle back in. More

Clearly my engine is making a weird noise but apparently that’s how it’s suppose to sound according to the technician. Long story short I was told that the same noise that comes from my muffler is due to th that’s how it’s suppose to sound according to the technician. Long story short I was told that the same noise that comes from my muffler is due to the engine, but nothing is wrong with it. I have a 2019 Jetta but feel like I drive a 2000 due to the technicians stating that the car is suppose to sound like it does. I have taken my vehicle many times due to the engine noise that was not there when I purchased the vehicle. So now instead of buying another VW vehicle I will have to go buy another actual reliable car where the service technicians actually do their job More

Honestly, I have not had a better car shopping experience in a very, very long time. Everything was great about it: the product, the sales, the price negotiation, the conclusion of the sale with the financia in a very, very long time. Prior to coming to Gurnee VW, I have walked away from two VW dealerships with extremely disappointing dealbreakers. However, everything went smoothly at your dealership, and I think that is thanks to Daisy Ramirez. Daisy was instrumental in the success of this sale and with her great sales abilities, excellent customer service skills, acute sense for successful deal negotiation and very humble and calm personality. From the moment she saw us come in, she took charge and was able to conclude the deal without a hitch.
