This was the second worst visit besides my purchase. My 7:30am oil change appointment took over two hours, the only reason it didn’t take three was because I asked about my vehicle. We just bought a new car couple days ago, got notified about tire pressure recall and Sales Manager Jason said it will take 2minutes to get it done at service. My husband waited 1hour30min today to get it about tire pressure recall and Sales Manager Jason said it will take 2minutes to get it done at service. My husband waited 1hour30min today to get it done ! He is a businessowner and had to excused himself to his customers and reschedule his appointments. And there was no queue, service people just did not care ! Terrible experience ! More
