I've bought three cars so far in my life. The buying experience I had with Ricardo was absolutely amazing. I went in expecting to have to play hardball and spend hours going back and forth on price. While we did do the back and forth, Ricardo and his sales manager were both extremely nice and were very fair. Every dealership I've ever been to has been full of rude older salesmen that act like they are much more important than their customers. I did not get that sense here. It was a younger crowd, we were able to joke and laugh throughout, and they were extremely pleasant. Everyone from the sales team, to the finance department, to the service center were top notch. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to buy your next used car. And if Ricardo is available, ask for him. He seriously made the whole day great. Separately, the morning after I bought my used vehicle, the battery was dead. I assumed this was from it sitting on the lot for too long without being driven. I called Ricardo, he came out, gave me a jump and escorted me to the service department to get a brand new battery put in. He was under absolutely no obligation to do so, but that just shows the type of place this is. If you have any hesitation to buy from this place, don't. It will be the best place you've ever bought a car from! More
