After speaking with and/or traveling to four other dealerships, Jovonn, Jason, Ricardo and Jason were a breath of fresh air! We called and basically purchased what we wanted over the phone having alre dealerships, Jovonn, Jason, Ricardo and Jason were a breath of fresh air! VW is a historic brand, and the employees here represent the brand well.. keep it loose, enjoy life, but more importantly, enjoy the journey. i have one minor concern with the vehicle purchased, which i’m sure suha will honor his word and repair (not personally, but for no additional cost). kaili was very personable, and i wish her nothing but the best at her new job. Dealership is clean and nicely kept up. The experience was a little off however. It’s very possible it’s due to covid but out of all the times I’ve purchased a car this was the worst experience with the a was a little off however. It’s very possible it’s due to covid but out of all the times I’ve purchased a car this was the worst experience with the actual sales guy I’ve had. Jasin wasn’t very engaging or knowledgeable throughout the process. Seems like he didn’t want to be there. In addition, I had an issue with a crack in the windshield and the email corespondence with him was below par. Something that should have been set up to be fixed the same or next day took about a week with me having to wait 24 to 48 hours per reply from Jasin. As someone who’s been in sales for or 15 years, I personally think he should be retrained. Outside of that Im satisfied. More
