I had to scheduled multiple appointments with them because the problem I originally had wasn’t fixed the first time. I will admit they were super helpful and wanted to make sure it got fixed for me. It just stinks because the entire process took a month and I just wanted it fixed as soon as possible. They were able to change one of my worn down parts which was nice. When I finally picked my car up the last time the noise was gone, I was so happy they finally found the source. But then the next day it was back just like that. Idk what they did to make the noise stop but whatever happened it came back. And it drives me nuts. I know my car is under warranty but it’s the entire process of scheduling over and over again and having to wait two weeks just to get my car in. The people were really nice I’m just upset about the length in time and how it never got fixed the second time. More
After 3 visits, car still has the same problem. Service manager seems to prefer arguing instead of finding the problem. I talked to the general manager, who said that someone would call me. Also, on the first visit I was told I absolutely needed a new cabin air filter. Really? It was one month old. So, I certainly don’t trust them and have no faith that they can fix anything; or keep their word about calling back. It’s easier to fix a car properly the first time instead of explaining why you didn’t. More
