My wife and I began experiencing problems with electronic sensors on our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica on approximately Sept. 25, 2021. Between then and Friday, December 17 we were able to use the car approximatel sensors on our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica on approximately Sept. 25, 2021. Between then and Friday, December 17 we were able to use the car approximately 8 days. We were advised by the service advisor that the root cause of the malfunctioning sensors was probably not going to be identifiable. My wife and I are both in our 70s and need a car we can rely on. We would up trading-in our 2018 Pacifica for a 2021 Pacifica. The 2018 was the 5th Chrysler mini-van we have owned. While we preferred the Town and Country and wished Chrysler still made it, the 2018 Pacifica was a reliable good car until Sept. We considered other vehicles but the Pacifica meets our needs. Through out the entire process Gwinnett Chrysler went out of their way to work with us to get the problems solved with the old car. They really went to bat for us with Chrysler corporation. They managed to get replacement sensors originally expected after the first of the year expedited and they were actually installed in early November. They also helped us negotiate with Chrysler Corp. to get reimbursed for a rental car we needed by Chrysler. Throughout the process our service advisor, Neil Feinberg, the service manager, and other dealership management were great to work with. The salesman, Wesley Murdock, business manager, Nicholas Morgini were easy to work with. One of the support staff, Danielle (my spelling) was particularly helpful arranging loaner cars for us. I definitely recommend Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
