I had a great experience. They had at least 5 cars me and my wife were interested in.
There was construction going on when we arrived which made it a little confusing on where to go. We were then approached by miss rose. Omg she made me and my wife feel at home right away. She made us feel like a family member you’ve been missing and haven’t seen in at long time. Thank you so much for that miss rose. It’s people like you I would love to surround myself around. Overall great experience. everybody we encountered was amazing even the maintenance people. Will definitely be back for the next vehicles

Customer service is excellent. The mechanic did not reassemble my interior correctly and a interior part was missing. The dealership did state they would order the missing part. Still waiting for them to contact me when the part will be in.

The sponsor I had was not apologetic or responsive. He did not acknowledge me when I came back to get my Jeep. He has his head buried in his phone. He he told me the wrong time by a whole hour and still never apologized but instead gave me negative words on 3 different conversations. My rep name was Andrew and needless to say I already changed reps.

Service staff are all so nice and helpful. I needed oil change. Car was over 60000 miles. They suggested the 60000 maintenance and explained everything to be done. Mechanic discovered I needed new brake pads and had a coolant leak. He showed me the physical evidence. It was going to be over $2500 for everything. They took off $100 which was more than any coupon would have given me. The car drives great. Every time I bring my car to Gwinnett Chrysler it is a great experience.
